Novel Harpeth Heights

Novel Harpeth Heights will set a new standard for luxury in Bellevue and will feature a variety of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.

The vision for the community’s design centers around the idea of “Tennessee Heritage,” and was inspired by the history and rural architecture found in and around the Middle Tennessee area. The main clubhouse will resemble a country farmhouse with outdoor spaces and lap pools that lend to entertainment and leisure for Novel Harpeth Heights’ residents.
